> why have the right turning arrows at the intersection of Heaton street, glandovey road, strown road, been turned off? They were working perfectly well and it was a welcome relief to have them. Only one car per light phase can turn right into glandovey road now. Can this please be rectified, it is much safer to have them working. Regards Chris 0274713586
