> This dirty nappy has been in the gutter for nearly 2 weeks now. I don’t who is responsible for gutter cleaning but obviously no one wants to pick up dirty nappies. I often pick up rubbish, get trolleys collected and cones removed. However I have no intention of cleaning up the gutter. Could we have some action on this please.
