> this vehicle is parked right on the driveway edge of a shared driveway between 22 and 22a Edgeware Rd, St Albans. It hinders our vehicles from being able to reverse out safely from our driveway. Because he is parked so close, I have had to begin reversing into our driveway on my return trips, to ensure that when I leave on any outgoing trip, I can drive out and be able to capture more detailed view of oncoming cars and pedestrians.
