> There’s been water coming out of the green box across the path and down the gutter. This has been flowing for the last 5+years and one attempt has been made to solve the problem, that didn’t work. I seen a blind person slip there and was highly upset that this person has to suffer in pain. What is happening with this? Who will solve the problem?
