> Please could you put yellow no parking lines on Harper Ave at entrance to Hagley Park opposite Helmores Lane . Cars are always parked over entrance, one backed into me as I was crossing on my bike a few weeks ago! The other day someone actually left a terse note on a car that was parked there! It’s very dangerous for people trying to cross with bikes, golf carts, prams etc Thankyou
