> the footpath from 3 cedars street to around the corner on mathers road is covered in lichen, which on a frosty or wet morning is very hazardous. on Monday at 9am it was still extremely slippery when I went for a walk and then still when coming back at 11am. it's been getting worse over the last few years. a young mum pushing a push chair on Monday was very nervous walking along. it's a busy route for children heading to spreydon school. I am 70 and enjoy walking but am also very nervous.
