> I have complained about the 26 Larsens Road rooster earlier this year. There were improvements after a council visit but seems to be worsening again. I am writing this at 6.30am after being awoken by it even earlier. Occasionally goes off between 2 am and 5am which is horrible. Us and 30 Larsens both find this annoying. We both have toddlers and there is also a newborn across the road. Please help!
