When the isolation valve is turned off the water still passes through the valve. Isolation valve appears to be leaking as well. Potable water Pipe appears to be leaking beneath the pavement. Water can be seen flowing from the footpath doesn’t he drain. Toby box is noisily as well. Water is still leaking from the foot path and has now cause damage to driveway due to water getting underneath the driveway and causing cracking. Please repair leak, foot path and driveway.
