> Curb and gutter/ Culvert beside the road is completely broken and missing in many sections. Several drains are discharging into this area and loading the soils with water. There is traffic management occurring in this area as part of the Scarborough Water Mains Renewal, can we please repair the up hill gutter at the same time?
