Major health and safety risks to pedestrians. How does a blind or visually impaired person get through this hazard area. Wheelchair and women with young children and pram. Shocking H&S by cowboy contractors. The H&S rules clear, this area should have cones, safe raised ramp over the broken muddy path. Signs to warn of danger
