> This car is yet another example of the abuse of very short term parking. This is a 5 min loading zone. Photos taken at 3:35pm, 3:55m, 4:01pm, and 4:42pm. The car has not moved and no loading or unloading has been witnessed. Legitimate users such as couriers and delivery vehicles are unable to access this loading zone for hours every day and night.
