> the city council truck delivered mulch and the truck has sunk into the grassed area and made a mess. the mulch was dumped covering most of the path. the path is heavily used by school kids, mums with baby buggies, a blind man and his guide dog (daily) and a disabled adult with walking difficulties daily. it's been left in a dangerous state. it's also destroyed the grass and made a mess.
