> At approx. 11:25am today at the Ensors Rd/Opawa Rd roundabout, I observed a worker holding a lit gas torch vertically into the tree canopy for multiple seconds. In my dashcam footage, the flame is obscured by the leaves due to its close proximity to the foliage, and no one appears to be actively watching the flame. There were also workers on nearby power lines. Reporting as an urgent safety concern regarding procedures and risk management. Photos attached; dashcam footage available if required.
