> Large mounds of bark left in Park encouraging electric motorbikes, cyclists and teenagers with rental e-scooters to ride over, destroying grass and endangering other park users. This location was specifically excluded from the possible site for a bike ramp but that is what it now is. Also, The actual mound of soil called a “bike ramp” near the library has encouraged cyclists to ride all over the wet winter grass. Overall, the entire park has descended into a mess.
