> you have just finished redoing the ditches outside our house. the job is so spectacular badly done it now drains WORSE than it did before. a whole project months in the making complete with pretty site plans sent out. Men staying around looking at the ditches the using a digger to clear them. gravity makes water flow and it needs to be a ditch with one end lower than the other. before the work the water slowly ran to the outlet now there is no movement. you have increased the flood risk
