> Ground is slumping on the berm of warden street (as per photos), where new waste water pipes have been installed recently by a developer. As I understand it their work is on cargill place and connects to the ccc pressure system on warden street. Is the slumping due to poor compaction or a leak in the pipe sucking in fines? Project should still be in defects liability period so should be easy follow up with contractors.
