> Have raised before but it vanished into void. First two photos are from 2012 and 2019 on Google Street View showing the swales on the berm. Then new resident moved in and filled in the swales presumably for easier mowing. However, everytime we have a big rain, that corner and street entrance floods. As this is council land, I anx presumably other residents of the neighbourhood would like the swale returned to its former state.
