> Given the significant amount of ratepayers’ money recently spent on drainage works at Halswell Quarry, rainwater is not directed into the drainage pipes. Following rainfall, large pools of water are formed rather than draining away to nearby drainage pipes. (See photos for how close the drainage pipes are). Drainage works have not been designed or completed effectively for water flow downhill towards the pipes. Gravity 101
