> On 15 August 2026, I parked at the Botanic Gardens car park near the Avon River from 2:00–3:05 pm. My vehicle registration is RMJ328. I tried to pay at the parking meter, but the screen was completely black and unresponsive. Contactless payment with my phone also did not work. I intended to pay, but the meter appeared faulty. Please record this issue. Thank you.
