> There is a drain outside 19 Pavillion Crescent, Hillmorton, and one across the toad from it outside the park. With the heavy rain we had on 16 August, the drains got blocked. The photos are not when it was at its worst. They appear to be filled up with leaves. Can they please be emptied?
