> This is now the second occasion on which I have received one of these notices, despite my bins being put out on time. On the most recent occasion, my rubbish bin was put out on Monday morning, well before collection. Why are my bins are being incorrectly tagged as late? Is there is an issue with the collection process, the recording of collections, or the individual collector responsible? Please investigate this matter further and remove unwarranted late-presentation notices from my file.
