> On the pathway between #29 and #27 Collier Drive there is a footpath that has a dip in it. The path becomes heavily waterlogged when it rains and does not drain for days. It becomes very deep and I am concerned this is a drowning hazard for young children. When it is waterlogged it is impassable as it is so deep. The grass on either side is heavily saturated which makes it hard for people using prams and wheelchairs.
