> absolutely appalling diversion for walkers around the road closure in new Brighton. broken glass, underwear, rubbish. the whole area needs an urgent clean up and check each day by the construction crew. completely unacceptable to have it in such a condition. site safety inspections are clearly not taking place each day either. in such a public and windy area a check even on weekends should be required.
