> water meter still leaking. I put thru a snap last week with our address of 118 hazeldean road. The other day city care workers came out and dug up our neighbors water meter at 114 hazeldean road for no reason at all and did not bother to look at our meter box at 118 that is clearly leaking. absolute waste of rate payers money.
