> Extra culvert needed on driveway. due to a new pole being put in, it has impeded across the driveway. This is a very busy road so turning into driveway can be tricky and angle of entry can be limited with a deep gutter resulting in vehicle getting stuck in gutter, thereby blocking traffic. pole blocks entry when coming from pole entry. one has to go wide to enter, causing confusion for traffic behind, even though you are indicating. They will try to sneak up the left hand side.
