> This weed has appeared in the Ilam Stream/Avon River by our property that borders the river. We have never seen it here before but it has become very invasive very quickly. It appears almost on a straight line beside the river bank approx 2 meter wide. I wanted to inform the council of this given it's happened quite quickly since the last clean of the river by the council.
