> Some bright spark had lifted the drain grates & laid something similar to underlay in the drain & then closed the drain grates & it’s been flooding when raining & takes more than 24 hours for the surface water to drain away. Could you also ask someone to actually clear the drain properly as there’s also several feet of debris in the bottom of the culvert. Thank you. Steven Gibbins, 329 Armagh Street ChCh
