> I am a resident of Elsie Lange Way who walks around the Highsted wetland reserve frequently and have noticed that these solar lights have crept over the bank. There are some over on the rest home / old persons home side of the bank set up on cones littering the grassy are and forest area and it’s really creepy but now this carry on has cropped up in the reserve. Someone is putting them up in the water. Please remove or I will
