> excessive light spill from street lights ehich breach the district plan and causing light pollution into my property. previously lodged in June but remains unsolved. Next step will be to go to the papers. not hard to provide a response. i also want a remedial plan as i have the right to not have excessive light spill into my property lighting up my lounge room, main bedroom and spare room
