# General Request, 105 Locksley Avenue, Dallington, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand

Dallington, Christchurch · filed 30 August 2026 · report 8833788

> photo taken day before whitebaiting season starts. boards in the water, shelter set up for his next 2 months of every day, sometimes sleeping there with dog, sometimes children, as he has done and others do as well along that stretch of the river, for the past few years. usually with a mess left at the end of the 2 months. I didn't think the rules allowed for that? there never appears to be anyone checking along the stretch of the river in the red zone, that rules are being followed.
