> There is a homemade bike jump on the berm (since ~2020). Recently a large group of kids added soil to make it much bigger. The kids ride fast, swerve, and stand/run/playfight and even lie on the berm, road, and around parked cars. This is a very dangerous - there were already a few near misses as drivers coming from Papanui Road can’t see around the corner and are distracted by the speed bump, too. This is urgent and very unsafe. Who will be held responsible if someone gets hurt?
