> it's only been 12 years I've been sending snaps of this faulty Stormwater right where I park outside my house. Every time you just send a suckered truck, probably at great expense .... but never even attempt to fix the problem. Have I not paid enough fines for parking with one wheel on the curb yet to justify the expense of actually repairing the drain that has been faulty since day one .... probably filled the pipe with concrete when they poured it ! ?
