> Hi, can you please get your drain layer to come out and dig out the new valve and meter they put in, Why is it filled with gravel and I can’t get to the isolation valve? Also, if your meter reader did this, I’d appreciate if he closed the lid properly next time Also, it appears to be leaking again so perhaps send out a qualified Drain layer and not just an apprentice
