> dangerous berm tree leaning over road with quite a few dead sections in it. neighbouring properties are worried about their kids scootering near it tree is causing issues with raised berm section. can this tree be fully replaced with a new specimen tree and berm remediated? ideally not fraxinus variety as all trees along this road get heavily blocked with leaves along the road gutter every year. there is an extremely large fraxinus tree across the road also that is sheds heaps of leaves
