# Traffic Signals, 152 Somerfield Street, Somerfield, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand

Somerfield, Christchurch · filed 4 September 2026 · report 8864512

> This intersection is horrendous at 2.30 to 3.30 when school finishes. If by misfortune you are on Somerfield St at this time, it is impossible to get across into the 2 car slots for turning right into Colombo St. I sat in a huge queue there on Wednesday. Sensible people would not come this way, but I was unaware how bad it is. Can the council please look at improving this, so that those queued in Somerfeld can actually turn right. It became dangerous.
