> Significant accumulation of used tyres, timber and other discarded/stored materials at 57D Opawa Road, encroaching on the shared driveway and access area. There also appears to be a gas cylinder amongst the materials. I am concerned this may pose a waste, access or potential fire-safety hazard and request Council assess the situation. For my personal safety, I respectfully request that my identity and contact details remain confidential and are not disclosed to the property owner/occupant.
