> Someone put a large bag of polystyrene in my red bin without permission. I found it today after Thursday’s collection, so I’m unsure when it was placed there. probably Thursday evening before we pushed the bin back. We previously received a Council notice about people putting rubbish in others’ bins in our neighborhood.
