> This photo tells me while the road is closed to vehicles it is open to foot traffic. So imagine my frustration when I got nearly to the bottom only to find entire road closed off and no way through. It is a long and steep way back up and around by foot or by bike - very annoying! Either poor signage or someone has made a mistake.
