> St. Andrews hill road has been closed for 5 months for repairs. It is due to reopen next Monday the 14 step 2015. As you can see from the photos the newly laid footpath is already cracking. Further up the curb and channeling has not yet been repaired. Surely these defects will be repaired prior to the road being opened next week. Barry mclauchlan
