> Maintenance of Parakiore recreational facilities. The sanitary facilities; The toilet paper holders are not fixed to the wall and at least six of the bathrooms on the ground level. Because the toilet paper is facing upwards when people have a shower in the bathroom the toilet paper is getting wet, which makes it unusable. This is potentially a breach of health, safety, and public hygiene laws.
