> Large amount of red plastic tubing maybe for wiring coming out of the ground near black electrical box. This is outside a brand new build and while coming out of the ground near the black box it is NOT connected to the black box. Maybe it was laid just in case and bot used. Perhaps contact the builder with the consents issued to sort it out. The tubing (or wires) is slowly becoming a looser circle which I have nearly tripped over on a few locations.
