> Water pooling over driveway many days after rain has stopped. Gutter has been out of alignment since the 2011 earthquakes and has never been fixed despite making numerous requests. It results in continual mud and dirty water ending up on my driveway. It is long overdue to be fixed and ai have run out of patience waiting. This not simply a small puddle but a rather large pool across my driveway. It usually never dries up even with long periods of no rain. I would really like this to be fixed soon
