> Owner had no recall over his dog. I was up by sand dunes with my little dog on long line. His dog ran to us from low tide at distance. I asked him to call his dog but he couldn’t and basically just kept walking. I walked the other way dog wouldn’t leave us alone. I got tangled in the drift wood. Still yelling for him to call his dog. He kept walking. This man has zero control of his dog and basically thinks it’s ok for it to bother other people and dogs. The dog was ok with my dog.
