> The stormwater drains leading out to the road are completely blocked with tree roots. We have recently replaced the drains on our own property, however the water is now banking up again because the drains further out towards the street are still heavily blocked. When it rains, the blockage causes water to back up and flood the gutters along the street. The affected drains appear to need replacement. Could Council please inspect this as soon as possible?
