> Saw a car this morning drive right over the top of the pedestrian refuge/traffic island and destroy the yellow safety bars. Number plate was PQY420, they just continued driving. This seems to be a frequent occurrence, was just replaced last week. Maybe needs to be more obvious, the bars were replaced but the arrows infront were not. Possibly speed bumps there too?
