> The area where the cars are parked sits outside 303 Cambridge Terrace. I’m wondering if that small piece of land could be sold to us at 303? Three cars can park here. It’s off the actual road and a side area on our driveway (see Google map) There are plans for a 41 apartment block to be built next to us with only a few (12?) onsite parks. Parking is already an issue and we have ongoing earthquake repair issues with our basement parking. Be grateful if we could discuss this option Thank you
