> Kia ora The sleepout pictured is a new addition to the street facing courtyard of the property in the last 24 hours or so. I would just like to check that it complies with building regulations and the owners have obtained building consent. There may be issues with minimum setbacks and minimum outdoor space ratios, but I'm not very familiar with the rules. I look forward to your response. Thank you.
