> Ther is a seepage leak around the Toby box containing the water meters and leaking down the bank into the drain. The water meters are downstream from the seepage roadside. Note that a repair was done last October where new meters and fittings were installed. The remediation work including resowing the grass area has all disappeared from below the Toby box.
