> Further to 1753154 which says 79 when it is actually at 81 Rose Street. The rain showed the storm water under berm is not exiting into gutter. It was spilling into earthwork hole. The next day I confirmed this by putting hose down my entry point in driveway at end of drive to see water coming out into excavation hole from earthworks being done on berm. Stormwater runs to the right of my driveway (81) facing towards street.
