> I am concerned that water infrastructure under the berm outside numbers 23/ 25 diamond avenue has been damaged by the construction vehicles accessing number 25. There is a very very wet patch in the berm between the pavement and the telephone pole (no23) and water visible in the curb channel. Even though it’s been dry.
